Marcus Reinhart holds the InterNACHI Master Certified Inspector credential — the highest professional designation in the residential inspection industry, awarded only to inspectors with 1,000+ documented inspections and continuous-education currency. He is an InterNACHI Master Certified Inspector. His commercial inspection practice operates within the ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessment framework. He is qualified as an expert witness in Minnesota residential property defect litigation.
